On the 25th, according to the county, under the theme of "Creating a Clean Jindo without Prostitution," more than 40 members from organizations such as the Jindo County Council, Jindo Police Station, and Jindo County Women's Association participated in an awareness campaign including a street march on the 22nd.
In addition, they promoted the prevention of prostitution and sexual assault, the importance of victim prevention, and response methods targeting the 5-day market in Jogum-ri, Jindo-eup, surrounding stores, foreign workers, and residents.
The county also conducted sexual violence prevention education for public officials and held education on the prevention of the four major types of violence for high-ranking officials on the 14th.
The campaign was scaled down following the revision to level 3 of the COVID-19 social distancing guidelines and was held in compliance with quarantine rules.
