Exhibition of 1,000 newly developed chrysanthemum varieties and 800 chrysanthemum pots
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Geochang-gun, Gyeongnam, will exhibit bonsai works by the Chrysanthemum Research Association and various autumn flowers at Changpowon starting from the 23rd, allowing visitors to fully enjoy the rich autumn atmosphere.
At Geochang Changpowon, there are 2,500 flowerpots produced in-house by Changpowon, 1,000 new chrysanthemum varieties developed by the Gyeongsangnam-do Flower Research Institute, and 800 chrysanthemum pots located in the central plaza and rooftop garden. In the tropical botanical garden, visitors can appreciate 120 bonsai works filled with the efforts and affection of the Chrysanthemum Research Association.
Additionally, along the chrysanthemum garden (10,000㎡) and the theme path (400m), 40,000 colorful chrysanthemums are planted, expected to provide beautiful autumn memories and emotions to soothe hearts weary from COVID-19.
