Dunamu Sponsors Korea's First Professional Table Tennis League

On the 21st, Dunamu announced that it signed the 'Korea Professional Table Tennis League Title Sponsorship Agreement' at a hotel in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, attended by Lee Seok-woo, CEO of Dunamu; Yoo Seung-min, President of the Korea Table Tennis Association; Yoo Nam-gyu, Vice President of the Korea Corporate Table Tennis Federation; and Kim Taek-soo, Executive Director of the Korea Table Tennis Association.
Table tennis became the seventh professional league to launch in Korea among Olympic sports, following boxing, golf, baseball, soccer, basketball, and volleyball. Accordingly, the domestic league will start under the name '2022 Dunamu Korea Professional Table Tennis League.' It will run from the end of January to early June next year, and the Korea Table Tennis Association plans to operate the professional league for at least two years before officially launching the Korea Professional Table Tennis Federation.
CEO Lee said, "As a representative sport of recreational athletics with strong international competitiveness, we are pleased to partner with Korean table tennis to start the professional league," adding, "We will actively support the successful hosting and revitalization of the league."
