Sangju City operates a mentoring program for employee communication training and more.
On the 18th and 20th of this month, Sangju City held communication training under the theme ‘Human Touch, Emotional Communication’ for 119 mentors and mentees as part of the ‘1st Empathy Toktok Mentoring’ program.
The first mentoring program started in June 2021 to help new public officials (mentees) taking their first steps in public service adapt to their work life by freely connecting them with mentors who provide advice on organizational culture and tasks.
The program connects mentors and mentees in eight fields including administration, welfare, civil engineering, architecture, agriculture, technology, and forest environment, as well as 40 teams for life mentoring in a 1:2 (or 1:3) ratio, and will operate until the end of this month.
During the mentoring communication training conducted by TinaEdu CEO Kim Mi-gyeom, participants learned communication methods by completing a mission called ‘Drawing a 007 Spy Map’ together.
