View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] The Gyeongnam Jinju Small Giant Special Zone Support Center announced on the 18th that it held a meeting to discuss development plans for the aerospace industry at the Aerospace Industry-Academic Cooperation Hall of Gyeongsang National University.
The meeting was attended by Jo Yeomun, Director of the Manufacturing Industry Division of Gyeongsangnam-do, Kim Hyunsik, Director of the Korea Ceramic Technology Institute, Ok Juseon, Director of the Gyeongnam Technopark Aerospace Center, Chu Minsu, Head of Win-Win Cooperation at Korea Aerospace Industries, and Kim Kwangyeop, President of Hys Aerospace.
The attendees listened to the main progress and business achievements of the Gyeongnam Jinju Small Giant Special Zone and discussed future projects and development plans for the aerospace industry. They also explored various measures necessary to revitalize the aerospace industry.
Center Director Moon Yongho said, “When changes in processes are needed in the manufacturing industry, we plan to create a support platform for key projects and a consortium in specialized industrial fields based on the Gyeongnam Jinju Small Giant Special Zone Support Center to enable cooperation.” He added, “If many people on site participate and support, it will be helpful for the projects.”
