Kyungbok University and NuriLab Sign Industry-Academia Agreement Guaranteeing Employment
[Asia Economy (Namyangju) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Kyungbok University has signed an industry-academia agreement with NuriLab Co., Ltd.
The Department of Software Convergence at Kyungbok University announced on the 15th that it signed an employment-guaranteed industry-academia agreement with NuriLab Co., Ltd. at the Namyangju campus.
According to the agreement, the two institutions will closely cooperate in ▲ technical consulting and management consulting related to data security ▲ employee training, research and development, and industry-academia cooperation activities ▲ providing field training and employment opportunities for students of the Department of Software Convergence.
NuriLab Co., Ltd., established in 2015, is a data security specialized company focusing on digital forensic investigation tools, antivirus vaccine engines, and reversing technologies (such as malware vulnerability inspection and file integrity verification), specializing in the field of data security.
In particular, NuriLab recently developed MINOSS, a malware analysis platform using AI and big data, providing faster malware detection and analysis services compared to existing antivirus solutions.
Park Jung-ho, CEO of NuriLab, emphasized, "Recently, NuriLab has been growing into the top company in the data security field, focusing on malicious email blocking and big data malware analysis platform solutions," and added, "We will actively cooperate so that excellent talents in the big data field can participate in field training and employment at our company through various exchanges and collaborations between the two institutions."

Professor Shin Hyo-young of the Department of Software Convergence at Kyungbok University promised, "Through this agreement, we will actively cooperate to provide job opportunities for students entering the information security field among the current students of the Department of Software Convergence, as well as to create synergy in research."
