Auditor Kim previously served as the head of the Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters at Korea Economic Daily and earned a doctorate from Korea Maritime and Ocean University.
The executive recommendation committee of Busan Urban Corporation judged him as a suitable candidate who can contribute to organizational innovation and ethical management through his experience as an economic newspaper journalist, and recommended him to Busan City as a standing auditor candidate.
