According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 14th, in Seoul and Incheon, raindrops or light rain with less than 1mm precipitation are expected from dawn, and in other metropolitan areas and Gangwon Yeongseo region, from dawn to morning. Also, rain will fall in Gangwon Yeongdong region from morning, and in Chungcheong and Jeolla regions from the morning. In the eastern coast and inland areas of Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam region, rain will start in the afternoon, and in Jeju, rain will begin at night.

The expected precipitation, including rain on the 16th, is 10-40mm in Gangwon Yeongdong region and the eastern coast of Gyeongbuk, and 5-20mm in Gangwon Yeongseo region, Chungcheong region, southern regions excluding the eastern coast of Gyeongbuk, and Jeju. Dense fog reducing visibility to less than 200m is expected mainly in the southern inland areas from dawn to morning. Other areas may also experience fog with visibility less than 1km. Morning low temperatures are expected to be 14-19 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs 19-25 degrees Celsius.
