In the main exhibition area, the 'Highlight Zone,' Samsung emphasizes its energy technology leadership spanning commercial to residential air conditioners, focusing on the Energy Winner of the Year award-winning products. The Wind-Free System Air Conditioner 4Way models, which won the Energy Grand Prize this year, achieved the highest energy consumption efficiency rating (Grade 1) by enhancing the energy efficiency of key components such as the heat exchanger and 3D turbo fan and optimizing the refrigerant cycle design. Additionally, the System Air Conditioner outdoor unit DVM S2, which received the Energy Winner Award, significantly improved energy efficiency by incorporating artificial intelligence technology.
In the Bespoke Home Zone, where visitors can experience a total of 13 types of Bespoke appliances, Samsung showcases energy-efficient products such as the Bespoke Grande Dryer AI, which achieved Grade 1 energy consumption efficiency by applying a high-efficiency heat pump, the Bespoke Grande Washing Machine AI, the Bespoke Family Hub Refrigerator, and the Bespoke Dishwasher.
A separate 'SmartThings Energy' corner is also set up to manage energy used inside the home. Through collaboration with Korea Electric Power Corporation, Hanwha Q CELLS, major domestic construction companies, and HomeNet, the evolved Samsung SmartThings Energy offers a differentiated energy management experience.
SmartThings Energy includes detailed power consumption management that provides data on power usage by appliance, remote metering devices, and meter information, as well as technologies that efficiently use energy by producing and securing power through solar power and energy storage systems (ESS), contributing to the establishment of zero-energy homes.
In the Home Solution Zone, Samsung introduces its unique Wind-Free technology that maximizes energy efficiency through digital inverter technology applied to products such as the Wind-Free Gallery Air Conditioner and Bespoke Wind-Free Wall-Mounted Wide, providing reduced power consumption and comfortable cooling 24 hours a day, along with system clean ventilation functions.
Additionally, smart building solutions that integrate major facilities and systems such as air conditioning, lighting, power, and networks to efficiently manage buildings, including the integrated automatic control system 'b.IoT,' which considers energy savings and eco-friendliness, are expected to attract visitors' attention.
