On the 8th, TV Chosun reported that Lee Da-young repeatedly verbally abused her husband Mr. A, whom she married just three months after meeting in 2018. Mr. A described their married life as "hell" and said, "(Lee Da-young) also insulted our family."
Mr. A revealed mobile messenger records containing messages such as "Delete all my photos," "Get a lawyer and file a lawsuit. So please just disappear."
Mr. A also explained Lee Da-young's behavior by saying, "I don't really understand. For example, if we agreed to pick me up at the dormitory by 7 o'clock, but I arrived at 7:01, that would trigger (verbal abuse)." He further claimed, "When we were all at home with my parents, (Lee Da-young) came from the kitchen holding a knife and we fought."
Mr. A stated that due to Lee Da-young's verbal abuse, he was diagnosed with depression, panic disorder, and insomnia, and is still undergoing treatment. He also demanded a sincere apology from Lee Da-young's side. It has been revealed that Mr. A and Lee Da-young are negotiating a divorce through lawyers, but Lee Da-young's side has not issued any particular statement at this time.
