Comedian Seol Myeong-geun Causes Accident While Drunk Driving in Broad Daylight... License Cancellation Level
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeong Dong-hoon] Comedian Seol Seong-geun (35) caused a traffic accident while driving in a drunken state in broad daylight.
According to the police on the 8th, the Gangdong Police Station in Seoul has booked Seol on charges of drunk driving and is investigating.
Seol was driving his vehicle near Gangdong Station in Gangdong-gu at around 12:39 PM the previous day when he crashed into rebar at a road median construction site.
Police who responded to the report suspected drunk driving as they detected the smell of alcohol from Seol and conducted a breathalyzer test, which revealed his blood alcohol concentration was at the license cancellation level (0.1% or higher).
