Chosun University Successfully Hosts Job Mentoring Fair with Current Professionals Invited

View original image[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Cho Hyung-joo] It was announced that the '2021 Bloom for yourself! Current Employee Job Mentoring' fair, hosted and organized by Chosun University Career Center and KT&G Sangsang Univ, concluded successfully.
According to Chosun University on the 8th, the fair held on the 5th invited alumni currently working at 16 public institutions and companies to provide mentoring consultations on specific job roles to Chosun University students and local youth.
About 600 students wishing to receive mentoring consultations participated in the event, making it a great success.
The fair was promoted to strengthen practical job competency based on job explanations by Chosun University alumni currently employed, and to actively support job-seeking activities by providing information on various employment support systems and job information.
Various events were held together, including guidance on the National Employment Support System’s Work Experience Program (Ministry of Employment and Labor) for practical job support, personal color image making, self-introduction letter and resume correction, and VR interview experience.
Yoon Onam, director of the Chosun University Career Center, said, “Through this job mentoring fair conducted as part of the regional industry-customized job support project, we expect to contribute to resolving regional job mismatches and improving employment competency by increasing job understanding through current employee job guidance.”
