Recruitment of Participants for 'Visiting Financial Consulting' in Dong-gu, Gwangju
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Cho Hyung-joo] Dong-gu, Gwangju (Mayor Im Taek) announced on the 5th that it is recruiting participants for financial consulting targeting single-person households in the region.
This consulting service involves experts visiting the participants directly to provide comprehensive financial counseling related to finance, taxation, inheritance, insurance, retirement planning, personal rehabilitation, and bankruptcy discharge.
The application deadline is until the 15th, with a recruitment scale of 35 households, and the service is completely free of charge. Two consulting sessions are provided per household, and applicants can choose their preferred location and time.

After conducting comprehensive financial counseling, Dong-gu plans to provide follow-up support by linking participants to desired fields such as welfare services, mental health, and employment.
Mayor Im Taek of Dong-gu said, “We hope for the interest and participation of many single-person households who experience many inconveniences due to a lack of prior knowledge about finance and financial matters,” adding, “We expect that single-person households with weak financial management will be able to plan a stable future and achieve healthy independence.”
