[Weather] Rain in Seoul Metropolitan Area and Northern Gangwon from Morning... Mostly 'Cloudy' in Central Regions
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] On the morning of the last day of the holiday, the 4th, rain will fall in the northern metropolitan area and northern Gangwon, with raindrops falling along the southern coast of Gyeonggi and southern Gangwon.
Expected precipitation is forecasted to be 5-40mm in northern Gyeonggi, northern Yeongseo in Gangwon, and the five islands in the West Sea. Seoul, Incheon, and northern Yeongdong in Gangwon are expected to receive around 5mm.
The central region will be mostly cloudy, while other areas will occasionally have many clouds. Morning low temperatures are expected to range from 14 to 22 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs from 23 to 30 degrees Celsius.
Fine dust levels will be from good to moderate across all regions. However, dense fog is expected in some inland southern areas between dawn and morning, so caution is advised.
Sea conditions will feature strong winds and high waves. Strong winds will blow in the central offshore areas of the West Sea and East Sea, with thunder and lightning possible in the central offshore West Sea.

Wave heights are expected to be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea nearshore. Offshore wave heights will be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East and South Seas, and 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the West Sea.
