Driver Handling Minor Collision on Olympic-daero Dies in Secondary Accident
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] A man in his 20s who was handling a car accident on Olympic-daero in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, was hit by another car and died.
According to the police on the 3rd, at around 10:51 PM the previous day, a driver in his 40s, Mr. A, hit the victim who was standing on the 3rd lane of Olympic-daero to handle a minor collision accident.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital while receiving cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) but ultimately passed away. Mr. A was reported not to have been drinking at the time of the accident.

The police have booked Mr. A on charges of causing death under the Special Act on Traffic Accident Handling and are investigating the detailed circumstances of the accident.
