Gwangju Bank Hosts 3rd 'SNS GwangEun Star' Contest for Employees
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] Gwangju Bank (President Song Jong-wook) announced on the 1st that it held the 3rd ‘SNS GwangEun Star’ awards ceremony for its employees.
The ‘SNS GwangEun Star Contest’ was composed of two categories: YouTube and Instagram.
In the YouTube category, videos that effectively conveyed the meaning of Gwangju Bank’s campaign song ‘Sangsaengro’ and promotional videos for the brand and financial products were produced. The Instagram category involved uploading photos of ESG activity missions announced monthly to personal Instagram accounts.
After a four-month-long journey, the awards ceremony featured works that stood out with employees’ active participation and creative ideas, including videos and photos that clearly explained complex financial products, showcased benefits of using Gwangju Bank’s products, and various activities for the local community.
The winning works will be posted on Gwangju Bank’s Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook pages, serving as communication channels to get closer to customers.
Song Jong-wook, President of Gwangju Bank, said, “Let us do our best to strengthen the brand image as the representative bank of Gwangju and Jeonnam by fulfilling financial support for local residents and customers as well as corporate social responsibility, while simultaneously enhancing digital communication capabilities that transcend the limitations of regional banks.”
