Hanwha Investment & Securities announced on the 30th that it will introduce this "Smart Work" system. This is the result of planning since May to create a workplace where employees want to work by changing the existing work environment, style, and methods.
First, by adopting a "hybrid remote work" system, employees can work from home up to three days a week depending on the nature of their tasks. To support this, the existing office has been transformed into a "Smart Office." Fixed seats have been converted into flexible seating to manage workspaces efficiently, and numerous meeting rooms specialized for face-to-face and video conferences have been installed.
Regardless of changes in the work environment, the company revamped its performance management system based on goals and specific key indicators (OKJ) to enable efficient work execution. Additionally, it established an online platform called the "Work Sharing System" to share tasks. The work contents and materials stored in the Work Sharing System will be accumulated and managed as data to strengthen work procedures in the long term.
