Sung Kim: "North Korean Missiles Threaten Regional Stability"
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] Sung Kim, the U.S. Special Representative for North Korea, stated that North Korea's test launch of a hypersonic missile poses a threat to regional stability.
On the 29th (local time), according to foreign media, Kim, the U.S. Ambassador to Indonesia, said at a virtual forum on U.S.-Indonesia relations, "North Korea's missile test launch threatens regional stability, but the United States will not give up seeking diplomatic solutions."
He added, "Coordination among the concerned parties will continue," and "North Korea's activities will not change the U.S. stance."
