Yeondon Bolkatsu Opens Gangnam CGV Branch
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Yeondon Bolkatsu has expanded to Gangnam, Seoul.
On the 27th, Yeondon announced on Instagram, "Yeondon Bolkatsu Gangnam CGV branch has opened and is currently training staff." Yeondon explained that Yeondon Bolkatsu is "a menu developed together with CEO Baek Jong-won at the request of the Korean Pork Farmers Association (Korean Pork Fund Management Committee) to increase consumption of less preferred parts of Korean pork," and added, "It is a different menu from Yeondon's handmade pork cutlet."
Previously, Yeondon Bolkatsu opened its first store on the 15th in Sasu-dong, near Jeju International Airport.
