NH Nonghyup Bank Makes 'Strategic Equity Investment' in Cardo
[Asia Economy Reporter Kwangho Lee] NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 27th that it has made a strategic equity investment in Cardo, a digital asset custody specialist company.
This equity investment was made together with Galaxia Moneytree, Korea Information & Communication, and Hexlant, three companies that signed a 'Business Agreement for Mutual Cooperation in Digital Asset Business' with Nonghyup Bank last July, as well as Aton, a fintech security specialist company.
Cardo is a custody specialist company that provides infrastructure trusted for digital assets, has obtained Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification, and is about to launch related services.
Nonghyup Bank plans to actively cooperate so that Cardo can establish its business foundation early and play a leading role in the digital asset market.
