The campaign stated that they reported Professor Lee from Kyungpook National University and Reporter Park from Chosun Ilbo to the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office on charges of violating the Public Official Election Act and defamation under the Information and Communications Network Act.
The campaign explained, "Chosun Ilbo reported that Professor Lee said, 'The profits from Daejang-dong were recovered and returned to the citizens, but this is not profit; it falls under costs that the project entity must bear.'
