'40 COVID-19 Cases Reported in Gwangju Manufacturing Hub'

According to Gwangju Metropolitan City on the 21st, a total of 40 new confirmed cases were identified, including 39 local infections and 1 imported case, classified as numbers 4675 to 4685.
In particular, among them, 17 cases including numbers 4682 to 4685 were confirmed cases related to manufacturing in Gwangsan-gu, mostly foreigners from Vietnam, Indonesia, and Russia.
After case number 4613 was infected on the 19th, the infection spread mainly among employees who worked together, increasing the total to 24 cases.
Additionally, 2 cases related to testing of foreigners in Gwangsan-gu, 1 case related to workplaces employing foreigners, and 1 imported case (from Uzbekistan) were added.
There were 2 cases related to a middle school in Buk-gu, and 3 cases related to confirmed patients from other cities and provinces.
Currently, 7 cases including numbers 4658, 4663, 4665, 4669, and 4670 have unknown infection routes.
