Incheon City Activates 24-Hour Emergency Medical Service System During Chuseok Holiday
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyesook] Incheon City will operate a 24-hour emergency medical system from the 18th to the 22nd during the Chuseok holiday period.
Nineteen emergency medical institutions in the region, including Gachon University Gil Hospital and Inha University Hospital, which are regional emergency medical centers, will operate in a 24-hour emergency system, and 1,760 clinics and 1,288 holiday duty pharmacies will be open.
In particular, the city plans to continue operating the 'Doctor Helicopter' and 'Doctor Car,' where specialized medical staff directly dispatch to the accident site in case of severe emergency patients, during the Lunar New Year holiday as well, to eliminate medical blind spots and accelerate the operation of the emergency medical system.
