Kakao Enterprise and Lotte Global Logistics Join Hands for AI Logistics Collaboration

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] Kakao Enterprise is partnering with Lotte Global Logistics to build an artificial intelligence (AI) logistics ecosystem.
Kakao Enterprise announced on the 17th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Lotte Global Logistics to innovate AI-based logistics services.
The two companies will collaborate to connect various services and solutions related to the existing logistics industry. They will analyze logistics data using AI and provide it. The goal is to enable logistics service users to use the services conveniently and efficiently.
Lotte Global Logistics will identify areas where the logistics industry and AI technology can be integrated and actively cooperate in system development tasks. Kakao Enterprise will engage in system development and exchanges related to new business among partners. It will also provide marketing, logistics solutions, and Kakao Work services to Lotte Global Logistics’ clients.
The two companies will jointly conduct research, development, and operations using Kakao Enterprise’s AI, big data, and cloud technologies. They plan to materialize collaboration models through building logistics information systems utilizing voice recognition technology, providing optimized decision-making and services based on logistics data, and discovering AI-based call center innovation services.
