Preventing Damage through Timely Response to New Voice Phishing Scams Using AI
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi]IBK Industrial Bank announced on the 16th that it will introduce an artificial intelligence (AI) monitoring system to protect customers' assets from voice phishing damage.
This system enables AI to analyze repetitive transactions appearing in abnormal transactions by learning voice phishing cases, allowing fast and accurate real-time detection and response to voice phishing scams and mule accounts, thereby preventing damage in advance. In addition, through periodic AI learning, new types of voice phishing scams can be quickly identified, enabling early containment of similar damage spread.
Furthermore, along with the system introduction, IBK Industrial Bank plans to sign agreements with various related organizations to pre-select targets vulnerable to specific scams and prevent damage through continuous monitoring.
