Samsung Securities "Study Investments During Chuseok Holiday and Win Prizes"
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jihwan] Samsung Securities announced on the 16th that it will conduct the "Stock Beginner Escape Project," which offers prizes to those who complete the investment education course during the Chuseok holiday period.
The event period is from September 18th to September 22nd, during the Chuseok holiday. It will be held on the "Samsung Securities Investment School" website.
"Samsung Securities Investment School" is a mobile video investment education site launched by Samsung Securities as part of a nationwide investment knowledge level-up project. The character symbolizing Samsung Securities, "Davida," acts as the principal, while analysts from the Samsung Securities Research Center and investment-related professional YouTubers serve as instructors. The school’s strengths include not only highly professional instructors but also a systematic curriculum. Based on the investment knowledge test results, participants can sequentially take courses suited to their level among beginner, intermediate, and advanced stock courses.
This event is open to those who complete the courses. The completion criteria require finishing all video content for each course and passing the completion test available afterward. Two people who complete the advanced course will be selected by lottery to receive a smartwatch. Five people who complete the intermediate course will be selected by lottery to receive a fuel gift certificate worth approximately 30,000 KRW. 1,250 people who complete the beginner course will be given a chance to spin a roulette. Depending on the roulette result, prizes such as convenience store gift certificates worth 5,000 KRW (150 people), ice cream exchange coupons (300 people), coffee gifticons (300 people), and vitamin drinks (1,000 people) will be provided.
