Lotte Hotel World & Signiel Seoul Sponsors Lunchboxes Worth 33 Million KRW
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Songpa-gu (Mayor Park Seong-su) is providing special meals prepared by hotel chefs in lunchboxes to vulnerable children and families struggling due to COVID-19 in celebration of Chuseok.
To this end, on the 13th, the district office held a delivery ceremony for the ‘mom Comfortable Happy Lunchbox’ for vulnerable children in collaboration with Lotte Hotel. This was organized to support children emotionally exhausted by COVID-19 to enjoy a joyful and abundant time by eating special lunchboxes.
The event was supported by Lotte Hotel World and Signiel Seoul, providing 300 luxury lunchboxes worth 33 million KRW.
The lunchboxes come in two types, prepared by chefs from Lotte Hotel World and Signiel Seoul. Each features lamb chops and tenderloin steak as the main dishes, accompanied by premium ingredients such as abalone, eel, seafood salad, macarons, and seasonal fruits.
The district plans to deliver the lunchboxes to the target children through each community service center at 2 p.m. on the 16th.
