[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] CJ OnStyle announced on the 14th that the sales of its commission-free sales broadcast program surpassed a total of 60 billion KRW (based on transaction volume) this year. '1 Village 1 Premium Product' for rural enterprises and '1 Company 1 Premium Product' for small and medium-sized enterprises achieve both broadcast sales and advertising effects, receiving high responses from small-scale companies urgently seeking non-face-to-face sales channels.
CJ OnStyle broadcasts commission-free sales for 1 hour daily (30 minutes each on TV home shopping and T-commerce). The industry's first free broadcast for rural enterprises, '1 Village 1 Premium Product,' which has achieved over 45 billion KRW in sales over 15 years, currently airs five times a week. '1 Village 1 Premium Product' started in 2007 in partnership with the Korea Venture Agriculture University. It provides support not only for TV home shopping and mobile application sales channels but also education on marketing, quality control, and overall business operations.
Since 2012, more than 120 partners have participated in '1 Company 1 Premium Product,' which broadcasts nine times a week on CJ OnStyle. It discovers small and medium-sized enterprises that have developed excellent products but have not found suitable distribution channels and introduces them to viewers. The program aims to help small companies expand and grow their businesses by leveraging sales and advertising effects from '1 Company 1 Premium Product' broadcasts. The program airs from Wednesday to Saturday on the CJ OnStyle TV Live channel starting at 5:30 AM, and on T-commerce CJ OnStyle Plus from Sunday to Thursday starting at 5:15 AM for 30 minutes. Broadcast products are also available for continuous sale on the CJ OnStyle mobile app.
CJ OnStyle offers support funds and consulting to the final selected companies of the innovative technology startup nurturing program 'Challenge! Startup,' as well as opportunities to appear on '1 Company 1 Premium Product' broadcasts. This year, 'Semisysco,' which was finally selected for 'Challenge! Startup,' launched its electric vehicle 'EV Z' on air in July, recognized for its product quality and value as an eco-friendly future transportation means. The 'Shaple Hairstyler' also launched on air in August, with live commerce broadcasts planned on CJ OnStyle. 'Hong Seongdon Sleep Pillow' and the floor chair 'Himmoa Chair,' first introduced through '1 Company 1 Premium Product,' have even advanced to CJ OnStyle TV Live broadcasts this year.
