Samjin Food CEO Park Yong-jun Joins Children's Traffic Safety Relay Challenge
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] Park Yong-jun, CEO of Samjin Food, the operator of the fish cake brand ‘Samjin Eomuk,’ participated in the ‘Children’s Traffic Safety Relay Challenge.’
The Children’s Traffic Safety Relay Challenge is a cultural campaign aimed at preventing traffic accidents in children protection zones and prioritizing the safety of children. It was launched in December last year under the leadership of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
Participants take photos holding signs with the traffic safety slogan emphasizing the importance of preventing accidents while children are crossing: “Stop at 1, Look both ways at 2, Wait for 3 seconds, Prevent with 4 actions,” share them on SNS, and nominate the next participant to continue the challenge.
CEO Park said, “I joined the challenge to help establish a culture of children’s traffic safety,” adding, “I hope that through this campaign, more people will take an interest in protecting children.”
