LG Uplus Recruiting 9th Generation of University Student Supporters 'Yudaegam'
Applications Open Until October 11... Announcement on the 25th
[Asia Economy Reporter Minyoung Cha] LG Uplus announced on the 14th that it will recruit the 9th generation of ‘Yudaegam (Uplus University Student Emotional Supporters),’ a program where Generation Z participates in corporate branding, until November 11.
Started in 2017, Yudaegam is an activity where university students create original digital content in the voice of Generation Z, conducted twice a year in the first and second halves. Students selected for Yudaegam receive practical training in content planning and production and participate in LG Uplus brand events during the activity period.
Regarding various topics such as LG Uplus branding and CSR activities, participants will carry out ▲individual tasks producing social network service (SNS) content ▲team tasks creating brand promotional videos with employees ▲task force team (TFT) tasks reporting on brand events and planning online and offline events. LG Uplus provides a monthly activity allowance of 200,000 KRW per person.
The 8th generation of Yudaegam, consisting of 20 members active since May this year, is directly experiencing LG Uplus branding and CSR activities, producing video content and card news to resonate with people in their twenties. Starting from the 8th generation, opportunities have been created to participate in new BI (Brand Identity) projects such as motif pattern contests and proposals for internalizing goods.
Current university students, students on leave, and international students in Korea with public Instagram accounts are eligible to apply. Preference is given to university students with digital content planning and production skills and those interested in IT and technology. The number of recruits is 00. The online application submission period is until October 11, followed by interviews on the 22nd and final acceptance announcements on the 25th. The non-face-to-face inauguration ceremony will be held on November 5. LG Uplus will award official certificates to all participants after the activity ends and will separately reward the best performers and teams.
