Hanshin Engineering & Construction 'Ansan Hanshin The Hue' to Launch Sales This Month

Hanshin Engineering & Construction announced on the 13th that it will launch sales this month for the ‘Ansan Hanshin The Hue’ apartments, supplied through the Seonbu-dong 2 District housing reconstruction project in 988 Seonbu-dong, Danwon-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do.

The complex consists of 4 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 377 units of 59㎡ and 84㎡ exclusive areas. Among these, 275 units will be available for general sale. By housing type, there are 218 units of 59㎡A, 28 units of 59㎡B, 27 units of 59㎡C, and 104 units of 84㎡.

Near Seonbu Square, where the complex is located, Gunja Jugong 9 and 10 complexes have passed preliminary safety inspections and are pursuing reconstruction, which is expected to form a branded town of approximately 15,000 households in the future.

The complex is close to Seonbu Station on the Seohae Line and Choji Station and Ansan Station on Subway Line 4. The Seohae Line connects Bucheon in Gyeonggi-do to Ansan and links with various lines such as Line 4, Suin-Bundang Line, and the planned KTX. In particular, the Sinansan Line, which connects Guro Digital Complex and Yeouido from Ansan and Siheung, is scheduled to open in 2024, making future transportation conditions even more convenient.

Seonil Elementary School is located right in front of the complex, and Wonil Middle School, Seonil Middle School, Seonbu High School, and Wongok High School are also within walking distance, providing an excellent educational environment. The complex adopts a park-style structure with parking facilities located underground, and various community facilities such as a kids club, daycare center, small library, and reading room will be provided.
