Northern Propaganda Media Criticizes Our Defense Mid-Term Plan as a "Sword Aimed at Fellow Koreans"
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Ji-eun] North Korean propaganda outlet Meori recently criticized South Korea, blaming it for worsening inter-Korean relations in response to the Ministry of National Defense's announcement of the '2022~2026 Defense Mid-term Plan,' which includes various missile development projects.
On the 12th, Meori condemned, "The current South Korean authorities, who like to talk about 'dialogue and peace' whenever they open their mouths, are actually sharpening knives aimed at their own people behind the curtain of peace."
It further pointed out, "There is no longer any room for debate about who is threatening peace on the Korean Peninsula and who is causing the deterioration of inter-Korean relations."
