Chief Judge Kim stated, “The defendant committed a repeat offense during the recidivism period immediately after release despite multiple prior convictions for similar crimes, and no special measures for victim compensation have been made,” adding, “The sentence is determined considering the defendant’s age, occupation, and other sentencing criteria.”
