SKT Launches 5G Phone 'Galaxy Wide5' in 400,000 KRW Range... Equipped with Large Screen
[Asia Economy Reporter Joselgina] SK Telecom announced on the 10th that it has exclusively launched the cost-effective 5G smartphone ‘Galaxy Wide5,’ equipped with a large 6.6-inch screen, priced in the mid-400,000 KRW range.
The Wide5 features a 449,900 KRW retail price and includes ▲6.6-inch FHD+ display ▲64MP camera ▲5000mAh large-capacity battery with 15W fast charging ▲Samsung Pay and fingerprint recognition functions. The official subsidy ranges from 87,000 to 170,000 KRW depending on the plan.
SK Telecom will provide 3,000 points usable for purchasing paid content on ‘One Store Books’ to customers who activate the device by the 30th. Additionally, customers who activate the Wide5 and newly subscribe to YouTube Premium by March 5 next year will receive a 2-month free trial of YouTube Premium.
