Korea Technology Finance Corporation Appoints Kim Young-gap as New Director
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Chairman Jung Yoon-mo, hereinafter referred to as Kibo) announced on the 2nd that Kim Young-gap has been appointed as the new standing director. The new director Kim Young-gap was born in 1965 and graduated from Dongin High School and the Department of Economics at Pusan National University, and earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the graduate school of Pusan National University.
He also served as a senior researcher at Lotte Future Strategy Institute, executive director at Sparks Asset Management, and assistant managing director at Lotte Insurance. Director Kim is known as an asset management expert who has worked for many years in private asset management firms and the financial sector. Based on his experience, Director Kim will serve as an executive overseeing asset management, venture investment, and support for venture companies at Kibo.
