Seoul Shilla Hotel Launches 'Urban Wellness' Package for MZ Generation
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Seoul Shilla Hotel announced on the 2nd that it has launched the 'Urban Wellness' package. This package combines exercise, diet, and healthy hobbies as benefits, allowing the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z) to practice a healthy lifestyle.
Guests can experience personal training at the Shilla Hotel Fitness Center to learn ways to improve physical strength and maintain health. In the fitness center, which is systematically equipped with functional and relaxation spaces, training instructors will teach exercise methods and equipment usage tailored to each individual's body. Personal training sessions are conducted for about 100 minutes between 3 PM and 9 PM on the day of check-in. In addition to personal training, all 'Urban Wellness' users can freely use the fitness center and the hotel swimming pool.
The 'Urban Wellness' package offers a healthy diet featuring vegetarian dishes through room service. Vegetarianism, which has been difficult to practice due to challenges in seasoning and maintaining freshness, can now be experienced in the room with hotel chef recipes. The vegan room service includes ▲green salad with flaxseed oil ▲vegetable rice bowl topped with stir-fried asparagus, bamboo shoots, and donggo mushrooms ▲one glass of 'low-cholesterol juice' made from celery, carrot, and apple or the 'chef's recommended seasonal juice of the day.' For lacto-vegetarians who allow dairy products, it is also available as a 'Vitamin Energy Booster' drink made with various fruits, almonds, and organic milk.
Meanwhile, customers using the 'Urban Wellness' package will also receive a watercolor kit to experience in their rooms, helping to take care of mental health. The kit includes four magic canvases, watercolor ink, brushes, and a palette?everything needed to complete a piece of artwork. The magic canvases are specially coated, allowing anyone to easily create a high-quality work. The kit can be received at the front desk upon check-in.
