Noting that about 40% of accident insurance claim customers submit documents via fax, ABL Life developed a digital fax insurance claim service in addition to the usual methods of submitting accident insurance claims through fax machines or fax applications (apps).
By accessing the ABL Life website or mobile app, customers can conveniently submit claims for insurance accidents up to 3 million KRW, excluding death, disability, and diagnosis, without identity verification. However, delegated claims or delegated receipts are not allowed.
ABL Life has set "digitalization across all areas" as its core strategy this year and is striving to provide various digital customer services, including launching chatbot services and converting branch customer services to non-face-to-face formats.
