Nationwide Rain Forecast... Heavy Downpour Hits Central Region
On the 31st, when rain fell across most parts of the country, citizens holding umbrellas hurried along Jeongdong-gil in Jung-gu, Seoul. The Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted that the entire country would be mostly cloudy with rain due to the influence of a pressure trough approaching from the West Sea. In particular, very heavy rain of up to 70mm per hour is expected in the central region.
