The program, which ran for about two months from July 8 to August 26, provided time to study civil litigation procedures based on basic theories of criminal law.
In particular, a special lecture was held by inviting a lawyer to discuss strategies for preparing for law school.
Additionally, vivid practical experience was provided by visiting the law office 'Siwon,' which has a business agreement with the Department of Public Talent and Legal Studies.
The completion ceremony was held at the Industry-Academia Cooperation Office on the first floor of the College of Law and Social Sciences at Chosun University, attended by Department Chair Jung Gu-tae, professors, and students of the Department of Public Talent and Legal Studies.
At the ceremony, certificates of completion were awarded to 23 students who completed the entire course.
Chair Jung Gu-tae said, “This program served as an opportunity to revitalize students who have been stagnant due to long-term non-face-to-face classes,” adding, “Our Department of Public Talent and Legal Studies plans to continuously develop various programs along with this one to actively support students’ employment and career paths.”
