[Photo] Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon Inspects Site Ahead of World Cup Bridge Opening on September 1
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon conducted an on-site inspection ahead of the opening of the World Cup Bridge on September 1.
In response, Yoo Dong-gyun, Mayor of Mapo District, visited the inspection site to welcome Mayor Oh Se-hoon and toured the facilities together with the inspection team.
The World Cup Bridge, the 31st bridge over the Han River, will open at noon on September 1 along with the Western Arterial Underground Road.
Mayor Oh Se-hoon stated, “The World Cup Bridge will help reduce traffic congestion and contribute to balanced regional development. We are grateful that BTS, who are attracting global attention, filmed a music video on the World Cup Bridge, showcasing the charm of the Han River to the world.”
