[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Distribution specialist company hy is launching an eco-friendly campaign called ‘Tterabel’. This is the third customer participation event following the ‘LPGAX Predit Green Campaign’ and the participatory donation site ‘Predit Good Habit’. It was planned to raise awareness of the importance of resource recycling and encourage practical actions in daily life.
Tterabel is a word combining ‘tteuda’ (to peel off) and ‘label’. It contains an intuitive message emphasizing label separation for disposal.
The participation method is simple. After purchasing the product, take a photo of the eco-friendly phrase printed on the back of the label and upload it to your personal Instagram with the required hashtags.
The promotional items include ▲ three types of drinking probiotics ▲ four types of spoonable probiotics ▲ two types of Natural Plan milk ▲ and frozen Yakult Shine Muscat. These products use a shrink packaging method without adhesives, making separation easy. Following the perforation line, the label should be separated as vinyl and the container as plastic for recycling.
Hy expects a significant resource recycling effect as these products have high sales volumes. The combined annual sales volume by brand reaches 330 million bottles. Simply calculated, this corresponds to 2,921 tons of containers, enhancing recycling effectiveness.

The campaign runs until November 14. Among consumers participating in the campaign, hy will hold a draw to award an iPad Pro, Apple Watch, and Helinox Chair One respectively. All participants who do not win will receive a Predit discount coupon.
