View original image[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] Hannam University announced on the 23rd that Park Beom-gye, Minister of Justice, attended the 'Youth Startup Support Policy Field Meeting' held at the university's makerspace and met with student entrepreneurs.
At the meeting, Minister Park listened to the difficulties experienced on-site by student entrepreneurs and startup club representatives from companies such as Akdong Company Co., Ltd., All That Mobile, Ondamwol, STK, and Mongsim.
Discussions also continued on expanding access to information and reducing burdens related to tax, legal, and patent procedures; credit enhancement and policy fund expansion for young entrepreneurs with low credit ratings; the high barriers to public procurement entry for young startups without proprietary manufacturing facilities; and the activation of the regulatory sandbox system.
Minister Park said, "We are preparing to establish an online legal education platform where young entrepreneurs can obtain necessary startup information in a one-stop manner and communicate with legal experts," adding, "We will actively reflect field voices to provide a more effective and convenient platform."

Hannam University President Lee Kwang-seop stated, "As our university is developing a Campus Innovation Park with 250 companies residing and aiming to create 1,500 jobs, it will play a significant role in revitalizing startups in the future," and added, "We hope that the opinions of student entrepreneurs raised during the meeting will be actively reflected in policies."
