[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Ji-eun] The Minister and Vice Minister of Unification will meet with Sung Kim, the U.S. Special Representative for North Korea, over the two days of the 23rd and 24th to hold consultations related to denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.
Lee Jong-joo, spokesperson for the Ministry of Unification, stated at the regular briefing on the 23rd that Vice Minister Choi Young-jun will hold high-level talks with Representative Kim on the afternoon of the 23rd.
Minister of Unification Lee In-young is scheduled to have breakfast with Representative Kim on the morning of the 24th.
