Dongyang Construction Industry to Launch 'Osong Station Paragon Central City Phase 2' Sales Next Month
[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Dongyang Construction Industry announced on the 23rd that it will launch sales of ‘Osong Station Paragon Central City Phase 2’ in B-3 Block of Osong Bio-Polis, Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do, in September. The commercial facilities of ‘Osong Station Paragon Central City Phase 1’ Paragon Square will also be sold simultaneously.
Osong Station Paragon Central City Phase 2 consists of 14 buildings from basement level 2 to ground level 25, with a total of 1,673 households of exclusive areas 68 and 84㎡ (Type A and B). When combined with the previously sold 2,415 households of Phase 1 and the upcoming additional sales of Phase 3, it will form a large-scale brand town with a total of 5,842 households.
The complex is a corporate rental apartment, allowing free resale until move-in. Anyone aged 19 or older can apply regardless of subscription savings account or home ownership. Residents can live for a minimum of 8 years if they wish. Rent increase is also limited to within 5% per year.

The commercial facilities of Osong Station Paragon Central City Phase 1 Paragon Square are street-type complex stores with excellent visibility and accessibility, attracting customers. Due to the low ratio of commercial land within the district, it has high scarcity value, and it has the advantage of monopolizing demand from residents of the total 5,842 households of Paragon Brand City in Phases 1 to 3.
