[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Small and Medium Business Corporation (Chairman Kim Hak-do, hereinafter referred to as SBC) announced on the 22nd that it will hold the fourth themed job fair of the 'KOSME Tomorrow愛 Ontact Job Fair,' focusing on middle-aged and new middle-aged job seekers. SBC prepared this fair to support employment for job seekers aged 40 and above who possess extensive work know-how and experience.
Various small and medium venture companies nationwide, including those engaged in general manufacturing, software development, e-commerce, as well as certified social enterprises, will participate and plan to hire more than 100 job seekers.
Verification of participating companies and job applications can be made from the 23rd on the KOSME Tomorrow愛 Ontact Job Fair website, and detailed information can be obtained by contacting SBC's Corporate Workforce Support Department.
During the fair period from August 23 to September 10, a one-on-one mentoring event for successful middle-aged and new middle-aged job seekers will be held, along with various side events such as AI mock interviews and personality and job competency tests.
SBC will also provide follow-up support for job seekers and companies that have not been matched during the fair period. Using employment matching professional counselors from SBC's Corporate Workforce Difficulty Center, continuous job matching support will be provided.
