A Man in His 60s Dies After Being Hit by a 5t Truck at Suncheon Road Corporation Site

According to the Suncheon Police Station on the 21st, the man in his 60s who was acting as a flagman at a road construction site in Haeryong-myeon, Suncheon City, was hit by a reversing 5-ton truck at around 1:09 PM the previous day.
A public official from the Jangheung Fire Station witnessed the man in his 60s being struck by the vehicle and performed CPR until the ambulance arrived, but he ultimately passed away.
The vehicle involved in the accident was carrying waste asphalt generated during the road construction and was leaving the construction site when it failed to notice the flagman.
