Jeonnam Police Conduct Quarantine Inspection at Mokpo Marine Cable Car Multi-use Facility
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] On the 19th, the Jeonnam Provincial Police Agency visited the boarding station of the Mokpo Marine Cable Car, a representative tourist attraction and a crowded place in Jeonnam, to check compliance with COVID-19 quarantine rules and urged strict adherence to the quarantine guidelines.
The quarantine rule inspection was conducted amid rising concerns as the daily average number of COVID-19 confirmed cases exceeded 2,000. The inspection was attended by Park Heonsu, Director of Public Safety at Jeonnam Police Agency, the Chief of Mokpo Police Station, and the Head of the Tourism Business Team at Mokpo City Hall.
This inspection was organized to re-examine the implementation status of quarantine measures, which could become lax due to the prolonged spread of COVID-19, and to encourage on-site workers.
