Odongyun, President of the Small and Medium Venture Business Research Institute, Participates in Global Campaign Against Racism
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] On the 17th, Oh Dong-yoon, President of the Korea Institute for Small and Medium Venture Businesses, participated in the global anti-racism campaign 'Live Together' at the institute's headquarters in Dongjak-gu, Seoul. President Oh joined the campaign after being nominated by Park Jin-sang, Acting CEO of Public Broadcasting Shopping.
The Live Together campaign is a global relay campaign against racism jointly promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and UNESCO to respond to racism and hate crimes. Participants post supportive messages on social networking services (SNS) and nominate the next participant to spread messages of peace and equality.
President Oh uploaded and shared a photo holding a placard with an anti-racism slogan on the institute’s website and official blog, urging many people to recognize the seriousness of racism and hate crimes. He nominated Kim Soon-chul, Secretary General of the Foundation for Cooperation between Large, Small and Medium Enterprises and Agriculture and Fisheries, as the next participant.
