Sandan Gong, KakaoTalk Sales Chatbot Opened
Introduction of Chatbot Service for Industrial Complex Development Project
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Korea Industrial Complex Corporation (Chairman Kim Jeong-hwan, hereinafter referred to as KICO) announced on the 17th that it will officially open the 'KakaoTalk Sales Chatbot' service, which provides real-time answers to inquiries about industrial complex sales.
KICO introduced an artificial intelligence (AI)-based chatbot service using the KakaoTalk platform due to the increased demand for non-face-to-face services caused by COVID-19. Anyone can easily use the service by entering 'Korea Industrial Complex Corporation Sales Chatbot' in the KakaoTalk Plus Friend search bar and adding the channel.
The sales chatbot provides various information related to sales, payment guidance, and the latest news from the corporation to the general public and subscribers interested in industrial complex sales. Through the introduction of this sales chatbot, KICO plans to enhance customer convenience and gradually expand the foundation for non-face-to-face services in the future.
A KICO official said, "Starting with the chatbot service utilizing Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies, we will continue to strengthen our digital capabilities and strive to improve the quality of customer service."
Meanwhile, KICO is holding a chatbot channel opening event until the 27th. Participants will receive a small gifticon, and detailed information can be found on the chatbot page.
