According to the Central Disease Control Headquarters (CDCH) on the 13th, of the 524 cases, 504 were domestic infections and 20 were imported cases.
The daily number of confirmed cases decreased by 2 from the previous day (526 on the 11th). It is 60 more than the 464 cases reported a week ago (on the 5th).
The daily number of confirmed cases in Seoul has remained above 500 for three consecutive days. Since the start of the 4th wave last month, the number surged to 637 on July 13, and on the 10th of this month, it set a new record at 660 cases.

As of midnight on the 13th, the cumulative number of confirmed cases in Seoul stands at 70,355. Currently, 8,566 people are in isolation and receiving treatment. The number of COVID-19 deaths in Seoul increased by 3 in 24 hours, bringing the total to 549.
